Enterprise Security Desktop Notifications

This is a proof of concept app. I hope this can help teams who cannot commit a resource to watching the Enterprise Security queue and want to be notified when there is a new item. This app allows you to subscribe to desktop toast notifications from your Splunk Enterprise Security queues. It's not a native part of ES today so the tab does have to be left open but can be pinned so it's out of the way. Clicking on a notification should open the queue page
