Cyber Defense Command Center

Cyber Defense Command Center extends Splunk Enterprise Security with operational assurance and security-engineering dashboards designed for SOC leaders, detection engineers, and analysts. It addresses visibility gaps around detection health, content coverage, risk and finding pipelines, data-source readiness, CIM coverage, analyst workload, threat intelligence, and investigation workflows. The app provides an Enterprise Security–aligned interface for monitoring the health and effectiveness of a security program without duplicating core ES functionality. Dashboard searches use configurable macros so administrators can map the app to their organization’s event, risk, finding, threat-intelligence, and summary indexes. Cyber Defense Command Center requires Splunk Enterprise Security 8.x and supports compatible Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud Platform deployments. Scheduled assessment searches are disabled by default, allowing administrators to review index macros, permissions, performance, and scheduling before operational use.
