ITOC360 Alert Action sends triggered Splunk alerts to ITOC360, an on-call alert routing and incident management platform. When a saved search or alert fires, this action forwards it to ITOC360 with the search name as the title, the host from the triggering result, and the severity you select. ITOC360 maps severity to alert priority, deduplicates repeated triggers into a single alert, and routes incidents to the right on-call engineer through escalation policies and schedules — via voice call, SMS, email, or push notification.
