Doom Arcarde

DOOM Arcade is a retro gaming platform that runs entirely within Splunk Web. The app provides a fully offline emulator supporting multiple classic gaming systems including SNES, NES, Game Boy/Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, and Sega Genesis. It comes pre-loaded with DOOM (USA) for SNES and allows users to expand their library by uploading additional ROM files through the Splunk KV Store. The app operates without external dependencies, internet connectivity, or CDN requirements, making it suitable for air-gapped environments. All emulation occurs client-side within the browser, and ROM files are stored within Splunk's native KV Store infrastructure with a per-document limit of approximately 7MB. The platform includes features such as keyboard and gamepad button remapping, save states, CRT shader effects, and audio controls. Custom capabilities control read and write access to the ROM management functionality.
