DASH v1.1.6 — Splunk Cloud Vetting compliance follow-up

check_version_is_valid_semver (future-enforcement) — Added a canonical [id] stanza to default/app.conf declaring name and version. Splunkbase had flagged the previous release with a future-enforcement warning for this check; the new stanza clears it along with two related current warnings (check_valid_version_number, check_for_valid_package_id).
Splunk Cloud knowledge-object access — Added the sc_admin role alongside admin on the views/builder, views/gallery, and views/documentation ACLs in metadata/default.meta. Splunk Cloud customers use sc_admin instead of admin, so without this they could not access the app's views. Clears check_kos_are_accessible.

Functionality is unchanged. This is a metadata-only fix; no Python, JavaScript, CSS, or dashboard XML was touched.
