TrackUC or Track use-cases is a splunk app to track and manage use-case lifecycle (creation, modification and approval) for security solutions. it provides a case management similar to splunk enterprise security ES. the app also: - supports search head clustering (SHC) - Has friendly UI similar to splunk ES - Protects approved tickets/requests from modifications - Provides a dashboard to track SLAs and provide overview of created tickets/requests * restarting the Search Head is required after installation * only users with the role "trackuc_approval" can approve tickets/requests
