Splunk Native Embedder enables native dashboard embedding using Splunk’s ?embed=1 mode—no proxy, no custom authentication layer. It provides a simple UI to manage the embedding headers (x_frame_options_sameorigin, iframe allowances) and cookie behavior (cookieSameSite, tools.sessions.secure) needed for cross‑site embedding. The app also keeps a legacy, no‑op modular input (embedder://) to preserve compatibility for older installs. This solves the common problem of “Splunk won’t load in an iframe” and “cookies are blocked in embedded logins” while keeping a clean, native deployment.
