iDelta Add-on for Hive Home

The iDelta Add-on for Hive Home is for users of the Hive Home smart home system (owned by Centrica / British Gas). The Add-on pulls data from an API provided by Hive allowing you to track the temperature of your property. It will be especially useful for Hive Home owners who have the programmable radiator valves (TRVs) as you can then track the temperature of each room. It returns the status of other smart home devices in the hive ecosystem, such as lights. The vendor supplied Hive Home app only allows you to view the current temperatures - by using this add-on you will be able to index this data in Splunk and have a view temperatures over time. This then allows you to correlate this data with other sources such as outside temperature and where possible, your smart meter data.
