AppDisabler

The purpose of this application is to disable a particular application via a modular input Why was this application built? Applications such as splunk_secure_gateway are enabled by default, and since this is an inbuilt Splunk application it takes a little bit more work to ensure it's disabled on all cluster managers, monitoring consoles, search heads and indexers. Therefore this application was created.
