Add-on for Business Critial Services (BCS) Operations Insights (OI)

The Splunk Add-on is for Cisco Services, Business Critical Services, it will download all insights via the BCS API - https://developer.cisco.com/docs/bcs-operational-insights/ This Splunk Add-on will download all the data from the BCS API and load it into both csv files, then populate the associated KVStore. Data is only indexed when requested, otherwise all data is stored as CSV or KVStore values.
