Package Apps for Splunk

Description: The goal of this project is to tarball the contents of the etc/app along with local and lookups directory from the SH and publish the packaged tarball on the customer provided AWS S3 bucket/ Azure Container Storage For non Splunkbase apps: The package consists of the whole app directory including default, bin, local, lookups and any other folders inside the specified app directory For Splunkbase apps and Restricted Splunk Cloud apps: Local directory only can be exported.
