Description FileLink for Splunk allows Splunk users to use files in their GDrive within the SplunkAR iOS app. FileLink for Splunk is used as a connector between ECM (Enterprise Content Management) service and Splunk CX apps. Setup 1. Install the Splunk App for AR app from Splunkbase 2. Install the SplunkAR iOS app from the app store and register the device using Splunk Secure Gateway 3. Install FileLink for Splunk app from Splunkbase on the same instance as Splunk App for AR and Splunk Secure Gateway that SplunkAR is registered to Setting up FileLink for Splunk: Use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to connect your Google Drive account to Splunk AR. When performing steps in GCP see the documentation at https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2/service-account. 1. Install the FileLink for Splunk app from Splunkbase. 2. If your organization does not already have a corporate Google Cloud Platform (GCP) license, get started by using a free trial. 3. Log into GCP and perform the following steps: a. Enable the Google Drive API to allow FileLink for Splunk to access resources from Google Drive. b. Create a service account. c. Create and download a service account key file. 4. In FileLink for Splunk, upload the account key file. 5. Name the GCP account. 6. Click Done. 7. Share the Google Drive folder that contains the files you want to use with FileLink for Splunk with the service account you created. You can browse, delete, and add more GCP accounts in the FileLink for Splunk app. Start using your GDrive contents in SplunkAR through the SplunkAR iOS app. Privacy All files accessible by the Google service account shared with FileLink for Splunk will be accessible by FileLink for Splunk and Splunk App for AR.
