REST Interface

Creates a new REST interface to ingest data into Splunk, with added capabilities: - Authentication via User/Pass or User Tokens (Settings -> Tokens) - Returns an unique ID back to the requester Copy ta_rest_interface_settings.conf from default to local and change the variables inside.
