Boomi Application for Splunk is an out-of-the-box application that you can install on your Splunk instance to gain deeper insights into your Boomi environments by pulling transactional and operational data using the AtomSphere API’s to Splunk for the purpose of searching, monitoring, correlating, reporting, alerting, troubleshooting. The Boomi Solution in Splunk comes with two components: 1. Boomi Monitoring Add-on: - The add-on is responsible for data extraction and ingestion into Splunk. The data is collected from the AtomSphere APIs of Boomi. 2. Boomi Monitoring App: - The application comes with pre-built dashboards that would help you monitor the below aspects of Boomi: - Atom Status - Process Execution Records - Process Execution Summary Records for low latency processes - Deployed Package Information - Process Usage Information - Deployed Certificate Information - Audit Logs - Listener Status Information Additionally: - Alerting over anomalies. - It provides the possibility to navigate to the Boomi platform from Splunk to gain deeper insights into the executions. - The app comes with the configured data models which can also be accelerated to pull the data quickly. - The app is shipped with default sourcetypes to accept the data in valid json format. - Pre-built dashboards providing real-time insights to visualize the atom status, process executions, audit logs, certificate information, listener status. - Documentation to support users through the process of installation.
