The A10 Networks Layer 4 Firewall, also known as the Data Center Firewall (DCFW), is a security solution that provides users with the ability to filter incoming traffic on Network Layers 2-4. Traffic can be filtered based on the source and destination IP addresses, port numbers and IP protocol. The firewall ensure secure application delivery by exposing threats and protecting services and internal servers. With the L4 Firewall app users can view advanced analytics including security policies, security action timelines, protocols, traffic and connection statistics, and session logs which can lead to quicker and easier troubleshooting.
