Perseeva LakeView Add-on

The Perseeva LakeView Add-on is a free add-on for use with Splunk® Enterprise and Splunk® Cloud Platform. LakeView, from Perseeva, discovers and monitors BACnet building devices such as HVAC controllers, VAV boxes and meters. LakeView sends device readings, device states, alerts and a device inventory to the Splunk platform through HTTP Event Collector (HEC). This add-on gives that data its source types, search-time fields, event types and tags, so facilities and security teams can search it right away, and it builds a device asset list in the Splunk® Enterprise Security asset format. Field names follow the Operational Telemetry data model in the Splunk® Operational Technology Intelligence (OTI) app, so LakeView data can appear on the Overview, Metrics, States and Events dashboards in that app. The add-on holds settings and one scheduled search: no data inputs, no scripts and no stored credentials. It is built and supported by Perseeva, not by Splunk.
