The Machine Learning Advisory App is for our Advisory program exclusively, and has a specific end user license agreement built in - See Section 4 specifically. You should only download this app if you approved for the program which is invite only. If you're interested in participating in the program please contact mlprogram@splunk.com and copy your Account Manager & SE. The Splunk Machine Learning Toolkit delivers new SPL commands, custom visualizations, assistants, and examples to explore a variety of ml concepts. Each assistant includes end-to-end examples with datasets, plus the ability to apply the visualizations and SPL commands to your own data.
