The Splunk ODBC Driver allows industry-standard connectivity between Splunk and Analytics Tools (Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau Desktop). Keep your Splunk data where it is while manipulating and visualizing subsets of that data with ODBC-compatible BI Tools.
The Splunk ODBC Driver should not be installed on your Splunk instance (Enterprise or Cloud). It should be installed on the Windows or Mac machine running your BI tool. Versions 3.0.x and higher can connect to both Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Cloud versions 7.3 and higher.
For use with Windows machines, make sure to download the Windows version of this product.
For use with Mac machines, make sure to download the MacOS version of this product.
Starting with Splunk version 9.4 and later, use the 3.2 version of the ODBC Driver, which uses the new search REST endpoint. The 3.1.1 version of the ODBC driver can be used with Splunk's 9.4 and later, but only if the server.conf setting V1APIBlockGETSearchLaunch must be set to false. This flag is deprecated, and will be removed.
The 3.2 version of the ODBC driver is only available on Windows 64 bit.
Note: To download different versions in the new layout, go to the "Version History" tab.
