TA-Fit files .fit

TA for ingesting .fit files from fitness trackers, garmain and others

1, Install the TA onto a forwarder or indexer
2, Go to the configuration page and configure
* Folder to monitor for .fit files
* index to send the data to
3, Drop the .fit file into the monitored directory
4, Enjoy

TA uses the sourcetype of fitparse:file:json

There is an app to follow for dashboards etc but still in progress
App will use default index of fitfiles but can be tuned with the fitfile_index macro

Built and tested on a linux forwarder
