On the first use, please provide your name and email address.
If live data is not shown on the dashboard, please follow the steps to troubleshoot.
1. Check network connectivity
This app needs to query backend servers on the Internet. Configure a proxy on the Configuration page if direct access to the Internet is not allowed.
2. Check if service reputation data has been initialized
Go to Cloud Inspector Dashboard, check if there's a warning on top of the page says "Service reputation data is being initialized." This usually happens when the app is just installed, the initialization hasn't been finished yet. You can load demo data for a try and go back to live data later.
3. Check if CIM Web data model-compliant data is in Splunk.
Navigate to Cloud Inspector -> Search page, query:
tag=web OR tag=proxy AND (url=* OR site=* OR dest=*) | eval "Web sites"=coalesce(url,site,dest) | stats count by "Web sites"
There should be results listed. If not, check access permission of your index data. And at least one of the CIM field (url, site, dest) have value.
4. If the issue persists, please contact support.
