When Notable Events meet predetermined criteria, this integration with xMatters relays critical Splunk ITSI data to the correct people and systems to help coordinate and resolve incidents faster. xMatters leverages your group on-call schedules and rotations, escalation rules, and user device preferences to quickly engage the right resources with customizable response and collaboration options.

Automatically transfer key Splunk ITSI Notable Event data throughout your systems and drive workflows forward. Notifications and collaboration invites embedded with Splunk ITSI insights allow your resolution teams to take immediate action.

Note: xMatters Actionable Alerts for Splunk ITSI is currently compatible with IT Service Intelligence v2.4.1

Known Issues

There is currently a known issue with Splunk IT Service Intelligence v2.6.0 that causes the response handling portion of the integration to fail when attempting to update the status or ownership of the Notable Event in Splunk.
