Requirements

Active Brivo instance with Master Admin access
Brivo Application API enabled on instance
Application API key
Client ID
Client Secret

Instructions on how to get Application API key, Client ID, and Client Secret

Sign into API Application enabled Brivo instance https://acs.brivo.com
Create new Application in Application management which provides Client ID and Client Secret
Enable Admin API access for service role

Sign up for Brivo (Mashery) developer account https://developer.brivo.com/member/register
Create new application which provides application API key


Create Basic Authentication String

User Basic Authentication key RFC2045-MIME Base64 encoded. (e.g. rMG5Xzd5k6Jub1yzWFkGFHHBsc3BsayLW9W5).
Username and password must be Base64 encoded with a colon separation (<brivo_username>:<brivo_passowrd>).


Brivo Service Account

It is recommended to create a READ ONLY service account on the Brivo instance to retrieve data.
