Browsing history analysis

Admins: Please read about Splunk Enterprise 8.0 and the Python 2.7 end-of-life changes and impact on apps and upgradeshere.
This app scans, extracts and analyses history from most popular browsers. Use it to get an idea of your browsing habits - which website you visit the most, what you search for, what files you downloaded, pages bookmarked, and many more.

On Windows you can also see the access history of the files on your local drive.

Browsers supported: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari

The app should be installed on the same computer with the browsers you want to monitor.

The app uses some external programs:
* Sqlite client [http://www.sqlite.org/] (Public domain)
* IEHistoryView v1.70 [http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/iehv.html] (freeware)

What people say about browsing history:
* @ItsChrisK: You don't truly know someone until you view their browsing history.
* @neoncharles: A clear browsing history is a sign of a guilty mind
* @LlFEHACKER In a way, I feel sorry for the children of our generation. They'll have parents who know how to check browsing history.
